Erin Rath Moos

Erin Rath Moos is the Sr. Director, Risk at Target Corporation.  In this role, she leads the Enterprise Risk Program, the Enterprise Crisis & Response Program, and the Reputation & Risk process. Erin is responsible for developing and maintaining Target’s enterprise risk infrastructure, as well as leading the design and implementation of an enterprise-level crisis response program that coordinates across the company to anticipate, prepare for, respond to and recover from issues, incidents and crises. She previously developed and led reputation risk management and stakeholder engagement at Target.

Before coming to Target, Rath Moos worked in government, serving as the director of communications and appropriations for former U.S. Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH) for nearly a decade in Washington, D.C., and working in leadership positions on political campaigns.

Erin holds a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University, a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, and completed the Humphrey Policy Fellows program at the University of Minnesota.
