Nancy Pattarini

Nancy Pattarini is President & CEO of The Paige Group, a marketing and communications consulting firm serving regional, national and international clients. In addition to headquarters operations in Utica, New York, The Paige Group has established affiliates in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; London, U.K.; Munich, Germany; Copenhagen, Denmark; Taipei, Taiwan; and Beijing, China in order to better serve the diverse range of client needs.

Pattarini has more than 35 years of experience both as a practitioner and manager in the communications field. Nancy began her career in non-profit public relations, then moved to corporate communications for a worldwide computer manufacturing firm. She joined The Paige Group in 1986 and has held advancing positions since then, including General Manager and Corporate Secretary, Vice President/Marketing Services, President, and now, President & CEO. Nancy became a partner in the firm in 1990 and acquired full ownership in 2007.

Today Pattarini specializes in issue management, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement. She has consulted on a variety of mission critical issues for corporate boards, management teams, municipalities, public authorities, and government agencies. Nancy’s proactive problem-solving ability and collaborative leadership approach have helped organizations protect and manage reputation while building productive relationships.

Pattarini is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University. She also holds a master’s degree in Communications Management from Syracuse University, a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Utica College, and an associate’s degree in Advertising from Mohawk Valley Community College.

Pattarini has been a guest speaker and conducted seminars on topics including Stakeholder Engagement, Identifying Strategic Publics, Corporate Governance/Building Public Trust, Conflict Management, Effective Communication Skills, and Building a Brand Culture.
