Esther Baur

Esther Baur is Director of Communications and Head of Issue Management & Messages at Swiss Re, leading a team responsible for steering the corporate position on key global topics, advising business leaders on stakeholder relations and global platforms, and ensuring consistency of messages and effective communication strategies. Baur joined Swiss Re’s Economic Research & Consulting department in 1992.  From 2001 to 2005, she was a senior strategy manager in its Group Strategy Development unit.  Baur previously led the Issue Management team at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue.
