Rob Colmer
Rob Colmer is Global Policy and Stakeholder Relations Manager working for Shell’s Downstream Businesses. He has extensive experience in stakeholder relations, issues and crisis management. He previously worked in Shell’s Group External Relations team. Colmer’s early career was in corporate reputation consultancy and public affairs in Westminster and Brussels. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Royal Institute of International Affairs (“Chatham House”).
